This course is for practising accountants, bookkeepers, finance executives and accounting students in Pakistan who want to use AI without risking the accuracy their work depends on. You do not need to code. You need to be comfortable with spreadsheets and with explaining your own process, because that is what AI tools work from.

AI is good at the repetitive, language-heavy and pattern-heavy parts of the job: reading documents, drafting explanations, matching entries and turning raw figures into a readable summary. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, and it can make arithmetic or reading errors. A large part of the training is learning where to trust a result, where to check it and how to build that check into your routine.

Reconciliation support

You take a bank statement and a ledger export, and use an AI tool to suggest matches and flag items that do not pair up. You then review the flagged lines yourself. The output is a short exceptions list, so your time goes to the entries that need a decision.

Reporting

You give an AI tool your monthly figures and ask it to draft the commentary that sits beside them: what moved, what looks unusual and what a manager should ask next. The output is a draft management note that you correct and sign off.

Spreadsheet ledger analysis

You learn to describe a question about a large ledger in plain language and have AI produce the formulas or a pivot-style summary for it. The output is a worked spreadsheet with the logic written out, so a colleague can follow and audit it.

Invoice processing automation

You build a flow where incoming invoices are read, key fields such as supplier, date and amount are pulled out, and the results land in a sheet for approval. The output is a populated register with a human approval step before anything is posted.

Client communication

You practise drafting clear, polite emails to clients about missing documents, payment follow-ups and deadline reminders. The output is a set of reusable templates in a tone suited to your practice.

Document summaries

Long agreements, notices and statements take time to read. You use AI to produce a structured summary with the key dates, amounts and obligations, then check each point against the source. The output is a one-page brief that points you to the passages worth reading closely.
