Non-Eligible Cases

• Refund requests submitted after the 15-day window.
• Completed programs and issued certifications.
• Accounts with policy abuse or repeated chargeback misuse.

How to Request a Refund

2. Use subject line: Refund Request - Your Program Name.
3. Include your full name, purchase date, and payment reference.

Processing Timeline

We review requests in 2 to 3 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed in 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
