Aaghaz AI - Frequently Asked Questions

LOGISTICS

1.1What you teach at AI In Hands?

Curriculum

1.2Where does the program happen? Do I need to visit?

The program is primarily online. The batch runs for 90 days with pre-recorded lectures released every Tuesday and Thursday, and a live session on Saturday on Zoom.

You can join from anywhere in the world. We have students from Pakistan, India, UAE, UK, USA, and other countries.

If you're in Lahore, you also have the option to attend Saturday live sessions physically at our location in DHA Phase 3. Most students attend online, but the in-person option is available if you prefer it.

1.3How do you choose which students to accept?

We have an application process that's open to anyone, anywhere in the world. You can apply here.

We select for commitment and clear goals, not technical background or experience.

1.4How can I join the program?

Apply online for our next batch.

1.5How much does it cost?

AI In Hands cost around 50k PKR. We offer one-time payment and installment options. No payment is required until you are accepted.

1.6What can I use the skills for?

You can use the AI skills for anything that helps you earn — freelancing, side income, improving your current job performance, starting an agency, or building your own products. Most students use the skills to offer AI services to businesses.

1.7What is the time commitment?

The program requires 7-9 hours per week. Pre-recorded lectures are released on Tuesday and Thursday. Live sessions are on Saturday.

Students who attend live sessions and complete homework get significantly better results.

1.8What are the dates for the next batch?

All the relevant dates are here.

1.9This batch isn't a good time for me. Can I apply to the one after?

Yes. The most common reason is that you're currently busy with exams, a project deadline, or a major life event.

We call this applying for Early Decision. You apply now, and if accepted, your seat is reserved for the next batch.

SHOULD I APPLY?

2.1Am I too early to apply? Should I wait until I know more about AI?

No, it would be a mistake to wait. The majority of students we accept are complete beginners. Most have never used AI tools beyond basic ChatGPT.

We recommend applying as soon as you have a clear goal and are ready to commit 7-9 hours per week.

2.2I already know some AI tools. Is Aaghaz appropriate for me?

Yes, very likely.

Aaghaz isn't just about tools. It's a deep, structured program that covers multiple pillars: AI automation, agentic workflows, vibe coding, and a progressive builder mindset.

Many people joining already use AI. What they're missing is:

  • •How to connect tools into real systems
  • •How to turn skills into income
  • •How to think and operate like a builder, not a tool user

If you're already running a scaled AI business, Aaghaz may feel foundational.

But if you're using AI in bits and pieces and want a clear, monetizable path, Aaghaz is built exactly for that.

2.3Do you only teach AI for tech people?

No. We teach AI skills that anyone can use — content creation, automation, visual media, no-code app building. You don't need to know coding.

We've had students from every background: marketing, HR, finance, healthcare, education, and more.

2.4Can a complete beginner apply?

Yes. We regularly accept complete beginners. That said, you need to be comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new tools.

2.5I have a job. Can I participate while working full-time?

Yes. The program is designed for working professionals. Pre-recorded lectures can be watched anytime. Live sessions are on Saturdays.

However, you need to commit 7-9 hours per week consistently. If you can't make that commitment, wait until you can.

2.6I'm a student. Can I participate while studying?

Yes. Many of our students are university students. The schedule is flexible enough to work around classes.

2.7I don't have a laptop. Can I do this on mobile?

Some parts of the program can be done on mobile, but you'll need access to a laptop or computer for most practical exercises. We don't recommend joining without one.

2.8Aaghaz has already taught AI tools I want to learn. Will that affect my chances?

No. We don't reject applicants based on what they already know. We select based on commitment and goals.

2.9Can I apply more than once?

Yes. Many students who were rejected or waitlisted apply again and get accepted. If you've applied before and not gotten in, we strongly encourage you to apply again.

Having made progress or gained clarity since your last application is a strong signal to us.

2.10Do I need to know someone at Aaghaz to get in?

No. We consider all applications equally. We don't rely on referrals the way some programs do.

2.11Do you give feedback on application results?

We don't provide feedback unless you are invited to interview with us. If we did this for everyone, we'd spend all our time providing feedback.

If you are invited to interview, we will give you honest feedback about why you were or were not accepted.

THE PROGRAM

3.1What tools will I learn?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, N8N, Loveable, ElevenLabs, Make, Zapier, and more. 17+ tools in total.

3.2Are classes live or recorded?

Both. Pre-recorded lectures are released every Tuesday and Thursday. Live sessions with Q&A are on Saturday on Zoom.

Recordings of live sessions are also provided if you miss them.

3.3What if I miss a live session?

Recordings are provided. But students who attend live get better results because they can ask questions and get real-time feedback.

3.4How long is each session?

Pre-recorded lectures are typically 30-60 minutes each. Live Saturday sessions are 1.5-2 hours.

3.5Is there homework?

Yes. Each module has practical assignments. Students who complete homework get significantly better results than those who just watch.

3.6Will I get a certificate?

Yes. You receive an official Aaghaz AI certificate upon completion of the program.

3.7What happens after the 90 days?

You pay small subscription fee to get access to all materials, recordings, and the community. We continue to support graduates as long as they need help.

PAYMENT

4.1What's the refund policy?

15-day money-back guarantee. Attend the sessions and complete homework. If you're not satisfied, full refund. Read full details in our Refund Policy.

4.2Can I pay in installments?

Yes. We offer a 3-month installment plan in addition to one-time payment.

4.3Do I pay before or after the interview?

After. No payment is required until you are accepted.

4.4I'm from outside Pakistan. Can I pay?

Yes. We accept international payments.

LATE APPLICATIONS

5.1What are Late Applications?

Late applications are those submitted after the application deadline. We do our best to continue reading applications submitted after the deadline.

5.2The deadline has passed. Am I better off applying late or waiting until the next batch?

If you're ready to commit, you should just apply now. We accept students who apply late every batch.

5.3When will I get a reply if I submit a late application?

With on-time applications, we provide a specific date we'll get back to you by. With late applications, we can't guarantee a timeline — sometimes it may take longer.

Most late applications get a decision within a week, but we can't promise that.

APPLICATION SUPPORT

6.1Was my application submitted? I can't tell.

We send you a confirmation message on WhatsApp & email when you submit. If you don't see that message, you likely did not complete the application.

6.2When is the application deadline? When will I know my results? When are interviews?

All of these questions are answered here.

OTHER

7.1Why is there an interview process?

Because we found that students who go through a selection process value the program more, complete it at higher rates, and get better results.

We're not trying to reject people. We're trying to select people who are ready.

7.2What's the acceptance rate?

53% in the last batch. We reject applicants who aren't ready to commit.

7.3Can I talk to someone before applying?

The application is the first step. If your application is promising, we'll call you and you can ask all your questions then.

7.4Who is Badar Munir?

Badar is the founder of Aaghaz AI and the lead instructor. He's trained 3,000+ students in AI skills and has 5+ years of experience in AI and automation.
