This course is for learners and professionals in Dubai who want to understand and use agentic AI: systems that pursue a goal across several steps instead of answering a single question. It suits managers, operations and marketing staff, consultants, founders, freelancers and students. You do not need to code, and classes are delivered live and online.

Agentic AI describes AI that plans, acts and adjusts. Given a goal, it breaks the work into steps, picks tools, checks its output and tries again when something fails. A person sets the goal, the boundaries and the approval points.

Define a goal an AI can pursue

Vague goals produce vague results. You practise writing a goal with clear inputs, a definition of done and a list of things the system must not do. The output is a one-page task specification.

Plan and split the work

You learn to break a job into stages, such as gather, analyse, draft and check, and decide which stages need a person. The output is a simple flow diagram you can explain to a colleague.

Connect tools

You link AI models to everyday tools such as documents, spreadsheets, email and search, so the system can act on real material. The output is a working flow that runs from start to finish on a sample task.

Add review and safeguards

You set approval steps, limit access and keep a log of what the system did. This is what separates a useful agentic workflow from a risky one.

Test and improve

You run your flow on messy, real-world inputs, note where it fails and tighten the instructions. The output is a tested workflow with written notes on its limits.

The course is part of AI in Hands, a 12 week program for all levels with a project-based approach.
