This course is for learners and professionals in Dubai who want to move from chatting with an AI tool to having it carry out a multi-step job. Operations leads, business owners, marketers, analysts, freelancers and technically curious students all fit. You do not need a programming background to start, and classes are delivered live and online.

A chatbot answers one question at a time. An AI agent takes a goal, decides which steps are needed, uses tools such as email, spreadsheets, search or a calendar, checks its own progress and hands back a result. The model supplies the reasoning, and the tools let it act.

That power comes with risk. Agents can repeat mistakes quickly, so a large part of the course is about limits, review steps and knowing when a person should approve an action. For a plain-English background, read how AI agents work, and for a sober view of the hype, are AI agents really everywhere.

Research and reporting

An agent gathers information on a topic, compares sources, drafts a short brief and flags what still needs a human check. The output is a structured report you review before sharing.

Inbox and enquiry handling

You design an agent that reads incoming messages, sorts them by type, drafts replies from your approved wording and leaves anything unusual for you. The output is a sorted queue with draft answers, not messages sent blindly.

Data and document tasks

You connect an agent to files or sheets so it can extract details, fill templates and prepare summaries. The output is a finished document or table ready for review.

Scheduling and follow-ups

You build a flow that notes action points after a meeting, drafts follow-up messages and creates reminders. The output is a clear task list with owners.

You work with current AI models and visual workflow builders, so you can assemble agents by connecting blocks instead of writing everything from scratch. You learn how to write the instructions an agent follows, how to give it only the access it needs, and how to test it on awkward inputs before trusting it.

The course sits within AI in Hands, a 12 week program open to all levels with a project-based approach. You finish with working agent projects tied to a real task in your own job or business, plus notes on how each one is tested and supervised.

Everything is online. The program includes one-on-one mentoring sessions, full access to program materials and round-the-clock community support. It ends with an industry recognized certification.

Choose one repetitive process in your week that has clear steps and bring it to the first session. To compare formats first, see all Aaghaz AI programs.
