This course is for learners and professionals in Dubai who spend hours each week on work a machine could do: copying data between tools, sorting inboxes, writing the same update again and again, or chasing approvals. You do not need to write code. You need a laptop, an internet connection and a few real tasks from your own job to work on.

It suits operations staff, marketers, office managers, founders of small teams, freelancers who serve clients in the region, and anyone who wants to move from using AI chat tools occasionally to building repeatable workflows. Everything is delivered online, live, so you can learn from Dubai without travelling anywhere.

AI automation is a workflow that runs with little or no manual effort: a trigger starts it, an AI model does the thinking step, and the result lands where you need it. A new enquiry arrives, the model reads it, drafts a reply, and a person checks it before it goes out. That is the pattern you will practise.

The skill is less about any one tool and more about designing the workflow. You learn to break a job into steps, decide which steps need judgement and which are routine, and add a human check where a mistake would be costly.

Inbox and enquiry handling

You set up a flow that reads incoming messages, sorts them by topic, and prepares a draft answer from your own notes. The output is a queue of ready-to-review replies instead of a full inbox.

Reports and summaries

You connect a document or spreadsheet to an AI model and ask it to produce a weekly summary in a fixed format. The output is a consistent report that takes minutes to check rather than an afternoon to write.

Content and follow-ups

You build a simple chain that turns one piece of source material into several versions, such as a client update, a short post and a follow-up message. You review each one before it is used.

Light AI agents

Once the basics are clear, you see how an AI agent chooses between tools to finish a task. If you want the background first, read how AI agents work.

The course uses mainstream AI assistants and no-code automation tools, so you can start without a programming background. You learn how to write clear instructions for a model, how to give it the right context, how to test a workflow with real examples, and how to fix it when the output is wrong.

Safety is part of the work. You practise keeping sensitive client or company data out of tools where it does not belong, and you learn when a person must approve the result.

The automation skills are taught through the AI in Hands program, a 12-week, project-based program open to all levels. Instead of watching demonstrations, you build workflows on your own tasks and bring them to live sessions for feedback.

The program includes one-on-one mentoring sessions, full access to the program materials, community support and an industry recognized certification. By the end you have working examples you can show to a manager or a client, and a method you can reuse on new problems.

Classes run live online for learners in Dubai. You join from home or the office, ask questions in the session, and get help from the community between classes. Because the work is project-based, you can apply each lesson to your own job the same week.

If you are still deciding between topics, look at the full list of AI courses. If you run a small team and want a no-code route to agents, the no-code AI agents course for business owners covers that angle.

Pick one task you repeat every week and write down its steps. That list is your first automation project. When you are ready, see all Aaghaz AI programs and choose the one that fits your level.
