This course is for professionals in Dubai who want to use ChatGPT properly in their daily work, not just ask it random questions. If you write reports, answer clients, prepare proposals, plan projects or manage a team, you already have tasks that ChatGPT can speed up. What is usually missing is a method.

You do not need a technical background. If you can write an email, you can learn to direct ChatGPT. The training is delivered live and online, so learners in Dubai can join from the office, from home or between meetings.

ChatGPT is a general assistant. It drafts, rewrites, summarises, explains, compares and structures information. The skill is knowing how to give it the right context, how to check what it returns and how to turn a good answer into a repeatable routine.

Most people stop at single prompts. A better approach is to build small, reusable workflows: a saved set of instructions for client replies, a standard way to turn meeting notes into action items, a template for turning rough ideas into a clear proposal. Once a workflow works, you reuse it every week.

Writing and communication

You learn to draft emails, reports and presentations from rough notes, then adjust tone for a client, a manager or a colleague. You also learn to ask ChatGPT to find gaps in your own writing before you send it.

Research and summarising

Long documents, articles and notes can be reduced to a short brief. You practise asking for summaries in a fixed format, comparing sources and listing open questions, then checking the output against the original so errors do not slip through.

Planning and organising

ChatGPT can turn a vague goal into a project outline, a checklist or a weekly schedule. You practise giving it constraints such as deadlines and team size so the plan fits your real situation.

Analysis and decisions

You learn to paste in figures or notes and ask for patterns, risks and options, then to challenge the answer. The aim is to support your judgment, not replace it.

Prompting that holds up

You learn a simple structure for prompts: the role, the task, the context, the format and the checks. If prompting is the part you want to go deeper on, see the prompt engineering course for Dubai.

The ChatGPT training sits inside the AI in Hands program, which runs for 12 weeks and is open to all levels. It uses a project-based approach, so you finish with working material rather than only notes.

Typical outputs include a personal prompt library for your role, a set of reusable templates for your most frequent documents, and a small end-to-end workflow that takes an input from your real job and produces a finished result. You bring your own work examples, which keeps the practice relevant.

Aaghaz delivers the training live and online for learners in Dubai. The program includes one-on-one mentoring sessions, full access to the program materials and 24/7 community support, so questions do not have to wait for the next session. Completing the program earns an industry recognized certification.

The pricing for learners in Dubai is AED 599.99 as a one-time payment, or AED 239.99 monthly. Compare the format, the projects, the support and the certificate wording before you decide on any course, including this one.

ChatGPT is a strong starting point, and many learners then widen into other tools. If you want a broader view of text, image and content tools, read about the generative AI course in Dubai. If you are already employed and want a plan that fits around your schedule, the AI course for working professionals in Dubai covers that route.

Start by listing three tasks you repeat every week. Those are your first workflows. Then look at the full list of Aaghaz AI programs and choose the one that matches your level. You can begin with AI in Hands even if you have never used ChatGPT seriously.

By the end, the goal is simple: you finish your routine work faster, with a clearer structure, and you know how to check what the tool gives you before you rely on it.
