This course is for learners and professionals in Dubai who already try ChatGPT or similar tools and get uneven results. If your answers come back vague, too long, off-brand or simply wrong, the problem is usually the instruction, not the tool. Prompt engineering is the skill of fixing that.

It suits marketers, analysts, project managers, consultants, founders, freelancers and students. No coding background is needed, and classes are delivered live and online.

A prompt is the instruction you give an AI model. Prompt engineering means writing that instruction so the model has the role, context, task, format and limits it needs, then testing and improving it until the output is dependable. It is closer to writing a clear brief for a colleague than to programming.

Good prompts save editing time, keep tone consistent and make results repeatable across a team. Weak prompts waste an hour and still need a rewrite.

Structuring a prompt

You learn a simple layout: who the model should act as, what it is given, what you want back and what to avoid. The output is a reusable template you can adapt for reports, emails, summaries or plans.

Giving examples

Showing the model one or two samples of the style you want often works better than describing it. You practise this for tone of voice, table layouts and consistent labelling.

Working step by step

For harder tasks you break the job into stages, such as outline first, draft second, critique third. You see how this beats a single long request.

Checking and testing

You learn to run the same prompt on different inputs, spot where it breaks and tighten it. You also practise catching invented facts before they reach a client.

Comparing tools

The same prompt can behave differently in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. You test across them and learn where each is stronger. Our ChatGPT versus Claude comparison is a good companion read.

The course is part of AI in Hands, a 12 week program open to all levels with a project-based approach. You build a personal prompt library for your own role, a set of tested templates for recurring tasks, and a documented workflow that someone else on your team could pick up and use. These are practical files you keep, not slides.

Training is live and online for learners in Dubai. The program includes one-on-one mentoring sessions, full access to program materials and round-the-clock community support. It finishes with an industry recognized certification. When you compare options, our guide on how to spot a legit AI course lists what to look for in the syllabus and the support.

Pick one task you repeat every week and bring it to the first session. You can also look at all Aaghaz AI programs to see how prompt skills fit with the wider learning path.
